Marcia Harris is the founder and owner of Harris Tax and Accounting, where she is dedicated to helping individuals, families, small businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations navigate the ever-changing world of accounting and taxation with confidence.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Marcia believes that great accounting is about much more than numbers. Her passion is helping clients understand their financial picture, minimize taxes through proactive planning, and make informed decisions that support their long-term goals. Whether assisting a first-time business owner, guiding a growing company, or helping a family prepare for retirement, she is committed to providing practical advice with honesty, integrity, and personal attention not just during tax season but throughout the year.

Marcia has extensive experience in tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, business consulting, and IRS and state tax resolution. She also has a special interest in serving churches, ministers, and nonprofit organizations, understanding the unique financial and tax challenges they face.

In 2025, Marcia expanded Harris Tax and Accounting through the acquisition of a long-established CPA practice in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Today, the firm proudly serves clients from both its Oklahoma City and Choctaw offices while continuing to build on a legacy of trusted, relationship-focused service.

Outside the office, Marcia enjoys serving her church, spending  

time with her family, cruising whenever she gets the opportunity, and continually learning new ways to better serve her clients and community.

Shannon A Raasch is a Certified Public Accountant. He has engaged in the practice of public accounting and financial services for over 20 years and is proud to be serving Choctaw, Eastern Oklahoma County and surrounding areas. He is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s, the Choctaw Chamber of Commerce, and the Harrah Chamber of Commerce. He is a charter member of Acquired Business Connections, a strategic alliance of outstanding business and professional leaders serving Eastern Oklahoma County.

Mr. Raasch began his career as an auditor for the Oklahoma State Auditor’s office. He later served as a securities regulator, reviewing investment offerings for the protection of Oklahoma investors. He has also worked as a securities counselor, financial advisor, restaurant owner/operator, Real Estate Broker and Property Manager. He provides Peace Of Mind Financial Solutions as an Insurance Professional offering Annuities with Principal protection as an alternative to risky Investments.

He is also active in his local church, Kiwanis International, and the Gideons International and is involved in civic and community activities in Eastern Oklahoma County. Because of his commitment to helping others take control of their taxes and finances, he has been referred to as the Tax & Financial Crusader.
